REFLOATING HIGHLIGHTS

When: July 2001
Where: Kingston, Jamaica

Project:
This 400-tonne refrigerated fishing trawler ran aground off Kingston, Jamaica on a coral reef.
Contract: Lloyd’s Open Form 2000.

Details:
A 7,000 bhp tugboat was used to refloat the ship. She was redelivered to owners at Port Royal in Jamaica after the job was completed in 2 days.
